Dear Administrator,

Welcome! I am so excited to share with you the ministry tools that have been such a blessing to me as the personal assistant and administrator to a Pastor and Artist. It is an exciting time for the Men and Women of God that preach, teach and sing the gospel. It is our responsibility to make sure that the business side of their ministry is operated in excellence. Count it an honor that you were chosen to serve. When I teach, I begin my workshops with this question, “If this were your ministry would you hire you?” If the answer is not a resounding yes, check yourself!

Successful Administrators know that "the devil is in the details". We know that the enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy. We have to always be aware of his presence throughout our daily tasks. Are you prepared to overtake him? Do you have what it takes to be a successful Administrator?

Administrators should know their strengths. Working in the Executive Office is not for the faint at heart. Do you have what it takes? Do you have your Pastor’s heart? Do you understand the vision? Do you support the vision? Can you recite the vision?

What we do as Administrators will affect and change lives. Serve in excellence for this is a God sized assignment.
